Hey people! How’s the new year going? Hope you guys had a blast!
Today I’m posting about one of my favorite trends, the T Shirt Dress. These certainly are the go-to outfits that can be styled for any occasion!
I’ve been crushing over T Shirt Dresses since the past one year and had been hunting for the right ones, especially those that would fit my budget! Finally my hunt was over as I came across the T Shirt dresses by Bewakoof. I have already tried outfits from Bewakoof earlier and there was no reason why I would not try again 🙂 You can check out my past review right here.
The T-Shirt Dress
I believe T Shirt dresses are one of the most versatile pieces of clothing! Its casual wear-ability allows it to go from day time to night time with a simple accessory or footwear swap. Unlike other summer trends, the T Shirt dress has surpassed the summer heat and is also a must-have for your fall wardrobe. The T Shirt dress can be styled to fit any look. From bold, geometric prints to simple solids, the T Shirt dress is the perfect canvas to create a unique look. You can do a great deal of layering too on a T Shirt dress (while I’m still waiting for winter to hit Mumbai so I can start layering :P)
Let me quickly begin with my take on two of these sporty yet pretty pieces that I picked up from Bewakoof!
Look 1: WTF
“WTF?!” ..is how my mood is most of the times and so it goes for my new dress 🙂
For the first look, I decided to stay loyal to how minimal and sporty this dress looked. I didn’t mess around with any extras and wore the T Shirt dress as it is with a pair of white sneakers.

Look 2 : Kickass 1979
Here’s my second look and I am pretty excited about this one! Although, I am staying in line with the sporty feels, it is pretty much contradictory to how I styled my previous look.
It says Kickass 😀 and 1979 because, for my likes and dislikes, I really should have been born in the 70’s 😛
I have wrapped a belt on this T Shirt dress to accentuate my waistline and at the same time worn a pair of knee length striped socks and Mary Jane shoes. To complete this School Girl kinda look, I went for two pony tails and actually ended up looking like a school kid 😀

My Review
The T shirt dresses here are so minimal yet fun! That’s exactly how I wanted them to be. You can find T Shirt Dresses starting from as low as Rs.545! That definitely fits the broke girl’s budget! 😀 The material and fit aren’t disappointing at all. They’re true to the specifications on their website. I’m really looking forward to more variety and trendier pieces! In fact, if you keep checking their site once in a while, you’ll notice so many new additions and restocks. That is pretty cool 🙂 Sometimes you might not find your size (which is pretty rare) but in that case too, like I mentioned earlier, the products get restocked so often that you need not worry at all. In a nutshell, I’d say that I’m absolutely loving these T Shirt dresses and am looking forward to styling them in all possible ways 😀
So what do you guys think? Like this trend? Like how I styled them? Let me know in the comments below 🙂
